Hunter Biden and Donald Trump have continuously been in the news. This time it’s no different, as many claim that Hunter Biden is about to go on trial.
Hunter’s lawyer said that his client going to trial is not exactly inevitable. This statement comes after Trump recently appointed an attorney to investigate the current president’s son’s plea deal.
Meanwhile, the first son has been under a lot of speculation lately following his crashed plea deal.

If Hunter Biden took a job and he got those jobs because foreign companies thought it would be beneficial to them because his Father was VP, then it was wrong (not illegal) for Hunter to take that job.
Meanwhile, we can also say the same about the following:
Donald Trump literally sold hundreds of hotel rooms to foreign governments who didn’t even stay in the hotels. How do we know those governments didn’t use Trump’s hotels to pay Trump for favors? Why would they stay at Trump Hotels and not a hotel down the road? To many, it would seem obvious that it was because they had hopes for political favors.”
What Was The Matter With Hunter’s Plea Deal?
The first son Hunter Biden was expected to plead guilty to the tax-related charges and also a gun offense as a plea deal with the federal prosecutors. The deal was simple, he would have to stay out of further trouble in exchange for no criminal charges on his record.
However, there were reports that the deal apparently did not take place successfully and collapsed on the 26th of July last month. The judge that disapproved of the deal said that information was not enough for the deal.
To this, the President’s son has commented that the prosecutors backed out on a plea deal that was already previously agreed upon. Next, on Friday, the Counsel announced that Biden may be headed for a criminal trial even.
What Is The Current State Of Things?
There has been a lot of speculation from the Republicans regarding this plea deal. There have been talks that the Democrats have been shown a lot of leeway and that the department was politicized.
After Mr. Donald Trump’s 2020 election corruption came to light, republicans had cleaned that the law was not impartial when Trump’s case and Hunter’s case were compared side to side.
After that, a new probe was launched into Hunter’s case. And the deal fell apart through which Hunter could plead guilty to the tax misdemeanors and felony gun charges and also stayed clean.
Who Blames Who?
A group has blamed Biden’s defense attorneys stating, “What experienced attorney could let their client plead guilty to misdemeanor charge on a Monday” and “a felony charge on a Wednesday.”
Donald Trump’s appointed us Attorney has stated that this incident is a true reflection of the Independence Department of Justice.
